Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up with at least some years' experience managing a Recruiting team.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines.
  • Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics.
  • Proven innovator with experience in experimenting and driving new initiatives.
  • Solid track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs.
  • Aligned to Remote's values and a keen interest in finding the best talent in the world.
  • Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion.
  • High sense of urgency and accuracy with the ability to recognize, take on, and/or delegate priorities.
  • Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams would be a plus.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.

Requirements

  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines within your business areas.
  • Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function at Remote.
  • Collaborate closely with the Hiring Leaders to ensure that the team meets hiring targets.
  • Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive innovation and explore new processes, programs, and tools when needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the wider People team.
  • Identify, design and oversee high-impact TA projects.
  • Act as an advocate for global diversity, remote working, and values.
