Role Description

Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior HRBP Manager, GTM – Strategic Growth, Partners & Sales Enablement. We are looking for a Senior HRBP, Manager who turns people's strategy into business impact.

  • Thrive at the intersection of Go-To-Market strategy, partner ecosystems, sales enablement, operations, strategic growth, and carrier relations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives—partnering directly with 1 SVP and 4 VPs across Industry Relations & Strategic Growth (IR&SG), Partners, and GTM Operations and Sales Enablement (GTM SOE).
  • Drive workforce strategies that scale teams, enhance operational performance, and shape culture across a globally distributed organization of ~175 employees.
  • Understand how specialized talent across IR&SG, Partners, and GTM SOE fuels business growth.
  • Fluent in leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation insights to anticipate talent needs and guide organizational design.
  • Individual Contributor role with high executive visibility and global influence.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Business Acumen
    • Serve as the trusted HR advisor to 1 SVP and 4 VPs across IR&SG, Partners, and GTM SOE.
    • Learn and know the business inside and out, anticipating talent needs and capability gaps at scale.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic trade-offs on organizational design, talent allocation, capability planning, and resourcing.
    • Partner with leaders to cultivate a high-performing, agile, and inclusive culture.
    • Navigate complex transformations with empathy, clarity, and influence.
    • Provide confidential one-on-one coaching to senior leaders.
  • Talent Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
    • Lead strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments.
    • Partner closely with Talent Development and Learning teams (TED).
    • Design global organizational structures for optimal execution.
    • Pioneer succession planning, mobility strategies, and retention frameworks.
  • Data Storytelling & AI-Driven Insights
    • Utilize HR analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and AI-enabled tools.
    • Partner closely with the People Data Solutions & AI team to develop and scale tools.
    • Monitor and integrate external workforce trends and emerging research methodologies.
    • Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives.
  • Change Leadership & Employee Experience
    • Drive seamless adoption of new HR programs and workforce strategies.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
    • Promote initiatives that embed equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • High-level understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales motion dynamics.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent retention strategies.
  • Strong skills in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

  • Experience leading HRBP strategy for global teams of 200+ employees.
  • Prior experience managing change initiatives related to AI adoption or GTM restructures.
  • Advanced analytics or people insights experience.
  • Experience advising executive leadership on complex workforce challenges.

Location

This role will be remote, based in US or Canada but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

You may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado or Washington D.C.: $141,520.00 - $176,900.00
  • Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840-$187,300.00
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400.00-$208,000
