Role Description

This is a limited-term role slated for a minimum of 6 months, with full benefits provided. Candidates must reside in WA State to be considered.

• Provide leaders with advice, counsel and planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified applicants required to meet the organization's recruiting goals.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years recruitment experience with at least two (2) years full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment.
• Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).
  • Experience recruiting within union environments.

Requirements

• Compensation Range: $97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year.
• This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
• Disclaimer for Out of State Applicants: This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
