Role Description

Connect for Health has a great opportunity for a Sr. Director of Human Resources & Training. The Sr. Director of Human Resources & Training is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Specific areas of focus include:

• Training and development
• Employee recruitment and retention
• Succession planning
• Organizational and performance management
• Labor relations
• Compensation

This individual will be a hands-on leader who is able to guide, train, and coach employees, as well as develop and deploy various organizational strategies.

Qualifications

• Colorado resident
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
• 10+ years’ relevant human resources experience, including 5+ years’ HR Director level experience
• Ability to bring immediate credibility to the human resources function through professional qualifications and leadership skills
• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Proven organizational skills
• Demonstrated competence in HR management matters such as training and development, recruitment and placement, employer-provided benefits, compensation, job design and evaluation, labor and employee relations, workers' compensation, and employee health/safety
• Must possess working knowledge of employment law and maintain professional expertise in the field of HR management
• Demonstrated ability to implement human resources strategies
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple organizational initiatives at once
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Requirements

• Currently working remotely
• The Connect for Health Colorado office is located in the North Tech Center area of Denver, near the intersection of I-25 and I-225
• Work schedule may include some non-traditional hours, weekends, and evening events
• Core office hours are typically 8 am-5 pm with some flexibility
