Role Description

At The Home Depot, we're redefining how talent intelligence, technology, and data come together to shape the future of hiring. As a Senior Analyst, Talent Insights, you'll play a critical role in building the tools, insights, and experiences that power enterprise talent decisions.

In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of:

• Talent acquisition
• Workforce strategy
• Technology
• Analytics
• Artificial intelligence

You will transform talent data into actionable intelligence that helps attract, engage, and hire top talent. You'll lead the design, development, and evolution of innovative solutions across our talent platforms, including CRM and HCM, creating:

• Scalable workflows
• Executive reporting and insights dashboards
• AI-enabled tools and experiences

These will empower our global executive talent team and business leaders to make smarter, faster talent decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Prior experience in talent intelligence, executive search, talent acquisition, sourcing, CRM administration, talent operations, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience building or configuring portals, workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, automations, talent communities, and user experiences within a CRM, ATS or HCM environment, particularly Avature.
• Experience utilizing data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI to create dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven insights.
• Working knowledge of agentic and generative AI platforms and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies (e.g.: Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve research, sourcing, data visualization, workflow automation, reporting, and business decision-making.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
