ROLE: SAP HCM US Payroll @ Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
• Experience in SAP payroll configuration from Gross payroll to Net Payroll (preferably on US).
• Knowledge on BSI tax factory and tax configuration, Garnishments Configuration.
• Off-cycle payroll definition and processing.
• Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI.
• Knowledge on PCR will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on post payroll activities.
• Must have WT configuration, Payroll execution, Schema flow, Testing etc.
• Willing to work in US Hours Shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
