Role Description

The Retail Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Successfully recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies.
• Partnering with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership.
• Delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network in place.
• Knowledgeable about the use of Social Media marketing (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.) as they apply to recruiting.
• Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidates.
• Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting.
• Ability to interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software.
