[Hiring] Resume Sourcing Specialist @Ariel Partners

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resume Sourcing Specialist to help identify top talent for our IT job openings, including roles for Application Developers, System Engineers, and Quality Assurance professionals. This is a part-time, flexible role with the option to work remotely.

• Source resumes and candidate profiles from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice) and other online platforms.
• Review candidate profiles to assess fit for open positions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Communicate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and sourcing needs.
• Provide regular updates on sourced candidates and their status.
• Assist in creating candidate shortlists for review by hiring managers.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages (C#, Java, Python), frameworks (React, Angular, .NET), databases (SQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of the full software development and testing lifecycle, including Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation tools (Selenium, Postman).
