[Hiring] Regional HRBP @EquipmentShare

Role Description

At EquipmentShare, we’re hiring a Regional HRBP to support our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. This position is fully remote and will involve:

• Providing hands-on HR expertise and innovative talent solutions.
• Working closely with senior leadership in the field organization.
• Supporting day-to-day personnel needs while developing long-term strategies for growth and development of regional employees.

Primary Responsibilities

• PFO Leadership: Act as the face of the people team to your client group, ensuring globally aligned people strategies are localized and deployed.
• Stakeholder Management: Earn the trust of stakeholders, listen, teach, coach, and drive clarity in roles and responsibilities.
• Field First Strategy: Build a bespoke model attuned to the culture of EquipmentShare, ensuring global talent strategies maintain a ‘field first’ approach.
• Talent and Performance Management: Lay the foundation for talent management and performance management within your region.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams across PFO to center the employee experience and reduce employment risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/leadership experience in Business Administration, Program Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HR Generalist Experience.
• Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, best practices, and employment law.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
• Experience implementing Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
• Proficiency with or ability to learn Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, slides).
• Proficiency with or ability to learn Process Mapping software (Lucid, or similar).
• Ability to travel up to 20% regularly, and more often as the business requires.
