[Hiring] Recruitment Team Lead @Staffstream

Role Description

This is the number two seat in our Talent function. Part people leader, part working recruiter, and the person the team and the clients turn to when something needs sorting.

• Run the day to day operations.
• Ensure the right Talent Specialist picks up each vacancy.
• Monitor the movement of the pipeline and endorsements to clients.
• Schedule interviews efficiently.
• Unstick searches when they are stuck.
• Recruit and carry your own requisitions.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and headhunt for challenging roles.
• Accountable for filling roles to the standard expected.
• Hold the function in the absence of the Head of Talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO or agency recruitment supporting international clients.
• Experience as a Recruitment Team Lead, Recruitment Lead, Senior Talent Acquisition or similar.
• Proven experience managing and coaching a recruitment team.
• Strong hands-on recruitment capability.
• Solid command of recruitment KPIs, conversion metrics and performance management.
• Experience across more than one ATS.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience building sourcing strategies for different role types.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting Filipino talent for Australian clients (highly preferred).
• Technology and IT recruitment experience, including technical and specialised roles (highly preferred).
• Experience within an outsourcing or offshoring delivery model (highly preferred).
• Experience deputising for a Head of Talent, Recruitment Manager or similar (highly preferred).
• Salary benchmarking experience in the Philippine market (highly preferred).
