[Hiring] Recruitment Manager @SwingDev–a hippo company

Role Description

As Recruitment Team, we take care of the entire end-to-end recruitment process (i.e., briefs with Hiring Managers, reaching out to candidates, writing advertisements, conducting recruitment interviews, or providing feedback) and do our best to ensure a good candidate experience. As we work on a global scale, you’d be cooperating daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States.

• Looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment, with very good English skills.
• Seeking a Recruitment Manager with at least 2 years of experience leading others.
• Ability to support individual growth, help the team thrive, and keep things moving forward.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on recruitment from time to time.
• Looking for someone who can propose ideas and seek improvements.
• Proactive individuals with a strong sense of passion and initiative are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading a team.
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry (experience in product companies is an asset).
• Startup vibe approach rather than corporate.
• Ability to communicate easily with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS; hands-on experience with tools such as Lever, Personio, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
• Proven track record of hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level roles.
• Engagement in operational recruitment activities.
• Data-driven mindset to recruitment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1).
• Available full-time and able to work in the Warsaw office occasionally.

Requirements

• Prefers engaging with new people over "questioning".
• Skilled in conducting partner recruitment interviews using behavioral techniques.
• Ability to identify candidates from various sources.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and X-Ray search.
• Understanding that Java and JavaScript are not the same.
