Role Description

This rapidly growing organization is seeking two Business Support Virtual Assistants to support recruiting operations and help manage the front-end of the hiring funnel. The company is currently experiencing significant growth across multiple physical locations, resulting in a high volume of open positions and increased recruiting demands. The VAs will assist with:

• Resume review
• Candidate sourcing
• Applicant organization
• Recruiting workflow support

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented recruiting support role best suited for candidates with prior recruiting or sourcing experience.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting or sourcing experience required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable reviewing large volumes of resumes and candidate information
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support roles
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms
• Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems or candidate databases
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
