[Hiring] Recruiting Partner / Sub-Vendor Recruiter @Corvi Technologies

Role Description

We are looking for independent recruiters, boutique agencies, and split-fee partners who have placed candidates with US employers before. Relevant verticals include:

• HVAC installation and service
• Plumbing and pipefitting
• Civil and commercial construction
• Skilled trades and restoration
• Engineering, surveying, and geotechnical
• Manufacturing and quality control

Specialists in one or two of these areas are strongly preferred.

When we share a job order with you, your job is to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours. We handle the client side entirely. You focus on finding the right person.

Qualifications

• Prior experience placing candidates with US employers is required.
• Understanding of US hiring norms, regional salary ranges, and employment eligibility requirements.
• Active access to sourcing tools such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ZipRecruiter is expected.
• Availability during US business hours for at least part of your working day is necessary to reach candidates effectively.

• Fully remote. Open to partners based anywhere in the world.
