Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our India team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring India-based talent while closely partnering with U.S.-based recruiters.

As a Recruiting Manager at Connor Group, you will play a key role in building our India team by driving end-to-end recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong coordination across time zones and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for India-based roles, from sourcing and scheduling through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and interview teams to align on hiring needs and drive efficient processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and follow-up at every stage.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teams.
• Support offer negotiations and successfully close top candidates.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, requisitions, and interview activity within recruiting systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a full-cycle capacity.
• Experience working with global teams, particularly coordinating across India and U.S. stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across time zones.
• Experience recruiting within accounting, consulting, or professional services environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring teams.
• Foundational knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compensation structures.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Requirements

• Collaborate with and report to both India- and U.S.-based teams.
• Open office hours; must be available for U.S. team meetings up to midnight IST.
• Remote role with occasional travel for meetings and training.
• Full-time position with some flexibility in working hours.
• Must be based in the Pune metro area.
