Role Description

Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 2 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.

As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will:

• Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.
• Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

Qualifications

• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit management (preferred)
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes (preferred)
