Role Description

As the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a track record of recruiting across various functions and regions. You will serve as a strategic and trusted talent advisor to our hiring teams, providing guidance and expertise. It is crucial that you have a thorough understanding of our target markets and are well-informed about the talent pool, interview best practices, assessment criteria, and competitive landscape. Effective communication and influencing skills, as well as sound professional judgment, are essential for success in this role. A Typical Day

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
• Conduct market research and mapping to identify top talent that aligns with Airbnb's current and future needs.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, considering the importance of diversity and inclusion at top of the funnel.
• Build and nurture talent communities for future requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, ensuring a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
• Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions.
• Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams such as Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, and Legal.
• Champion an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely and impactful communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and hiring managers, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle (360) recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders.
• Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders.
• Keen ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices based on historical insight and market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
• Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
• Excitement to balance autonomous, proactive efforts with collaborative, team-minded workstreams.
• Experience in solving most hiring challenges independently.
• Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude. Receives feedback well and looks to constantly improve and grow.
• BS/BA degree preferred.

Location

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

How We'll Take Care of You

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Pay Range: $111,000 — $130,000 USD
