Role Description

The role in one line: You vet candidates and manage them through the process. We bring the open roles, companies, and tools.

What we provide

What you’ll do

• Review candidates who respond to outreach.
• Run a quick vet by call to confirm fit.
• Manage candidate updates, scheduling, follow-up, and handoffs.
• Keep your pipeline organized and moving.

Fully remote and flexible, with roles assigned based on fit. Independent-contractor arrangement, not an employee position.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or similar) and demonstrated ability to vet candidates and run a pipeline.
• Strong candidate communication and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple active candidates without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable with commission-only, placement-based compensation.
• Maintain at least 3 active candidates across assigned roles and deliver at least 1 qualified submission every 2 weeks per active role.
• 30-day pipeline-activity and 90-day results checkpoints.

• Remote hiring locations: United States
• Time-zone requirements: Flexible; able to support assigned candidates during U.S. business hours
