Role Description

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support hiring for US-based clients, primarily across the Healthcare and BPO industries. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys sourcing, interviewing, evaluating talent, and managing multiple searches simultaneously.

A key part of this position is proactive sourcing. We do not rely on traditional paid sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, so we’re looking for someone who is resourceful and comfortable finding candidates through:

• Google X-Ray searches
• Boolean searches
• LinkedIn public profiles
• Our existing talent database
• Referrals
• Job boards
• Other creative sourcing channels

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously for multiple projects.
• Understand new job requirements and translate them into clear candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Review inbound applications and proactively identify passive candidates.
• Conduct structured recruiter interviews in English.
• Evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
• Assess candidates for healthcare/BPO experience, English proficiency, schedule availability, compensation expectations, remote-work readiness, and other role-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear candidate reports and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Follow our structured process and manage candidate pipelines accurately in our ATS.
• Re-engage qualified candidates from previous searches when relevant.
• Work closely with Account Management and other internal stakeholders regarding hiring priorities, candidate quality, and market challenges.
• Provide market feedback when requirements significantly limit the available talent pool.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact through hiring or rejection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience using Boolean searches and Google X-Ray sourcing.
• Ability to source effectively without depending on LinkedIn Recruiter or similar paid sourcing platforms.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews in English.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage several open positions and pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, risks, and red flags during interviews.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Requirements

• Healthcare recruiting experience (Nice to Have).
• BPO or call center recruiting experience (Nice to Have).
• Experience recruiting internationally (Nice to Have).
• Experience supporting US clients (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with US healthcare operations (Nice to Have).
• Experience with Gem ATS or similar ATS/CRM platforms (Nice to Have).

Our Selection Process

• Step 1 – Application Review: Review of your recruiting background, sourcing experience, English proficiency, and experience working with international or US-based hiring processes.
• Step 2 – Practical Recruiting Case: Analyze requirements, determine must-have versus preferred qualifications, develop a sourcing strategy, create Boolean/Google X-Ray searches, identify potential candidates, and explain profile prioritization.
• Step 3 – Recruiter Interview, Case Presentation & Live Discussion: Present your approach to our team and discuss your sourcing strategy, candidate selections, and realistic recruiting situations.
• Step 4 – Final Interview with our Manager: Focus on team fit, expectations, working style, ownership, and alignment with the role.
