Role Description

Join a fast-paced, dynamic recruitment team as a US Recruiter, managing the full cycle of IT and corporate recruitment. • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: from intake and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Design and execute recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization and developing robust recruiting channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Provide market intelligence and actionable recruitment insights to leadership, ensuring competitive advantage in talent acquisition
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in special recruitment initiatives and projects as assigned
• Identify and mitigate hiring risks through alignment with risk and control policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in corporate recruiting and 5+ years in IT recruitment
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, EEO, ADA, and labor relations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
