Athletes Global Corporation is looking for a Recruiting Leader to join our team! The Recruiting Leader is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including:

• Talent acquisition
• Compensation
• Background checks
• Leave management
• Reporting
• Administration of company policies

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in full cycle recruitment, including:

• Reporting
• Training

To be a Recruiting Leader, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Requirements

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions
• Administer employment life cycle activities for assigned business units
• Interpret policies and procedures, providing guidance to business development leaders and team members
• Work to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR
• Identify, design and implement processing efficiencies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits

• Hourly Rate Contract: 10% residual compensation from every hourly rate position placed
• Direct Hire/Permanent Salary Position: 10% compensation on every full-time position placed
• Hourly Rate Contract (clients you find and close): 20% residual compensation from every hourly rate position placed
• Direct Hire/Permanent Salary Position (clients you find and close): 20% compensation on every full-time position placed
• Compensation paid bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on contractual agreement
