Role Description

The recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, and employee referrals.

• Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other resources to proactively source exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service.
• Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilities.
• Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/candidates through the application process.
• Ensure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years’ experience required as a Recruiter. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong candidate generation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred.

• This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows:
• Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
• Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace.
• Worksurface is stable (flat).
