Role Description

The Recruiter position sits within our Talent Acquisition and global People Team, serving as a strategic partner in shaping the future of our organization. More than simply filling open positions, this role connects business priorities with exceptional talent that strengthens our culture and accelerates our global growth. Success in this position comes from building meaningful relationships, understanding the needs of both the business and candidates, and bringing a thoughtful, people-centered approach to hiring. This role is rooted in partnership influence and the art of attracting talent that drives long-term impact.

What You'll Do

  • Full-cycle Talent Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles with high-touch management of the candidate and hiring manager journeys.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management with a focus on quality over quantity of candidates.
  • Active Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, creating a deep pipeline through proactive sourcing, strategic job posting, and professional networking.
  • AI Integrations: Work alongside and with AI tools to automate administrative tasks, allowing more time on impactful human interaction and complex talent assessment.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the talent expert and partner for the business, bringing expertise of the talent market and relationship building skillset.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and the ideal candidate profile.
  • Business Acumen: Maintain a deep knowledge of business priorities and overall organization to effectively communicate our vision to top-tier talent.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure Talent Acquisition practices are globally cohesive, with local emphasis and focus.
  • Culture Ambassadorship & Candidate Experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.
  • Relationship Building: Treat every candidate (internal or external) as a long-term relationship rather than a single transaction.
  • Experience Excellence: Deliver a positive, consistent experience through clear, empathetic communication and professional transparency.
  • Advocacy: Act as an advocate for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring transparency, honesty, and relationship building is at the forefront of Talent Acquisition practices.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience as an embedded Talent Partner within the business
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition technology, sourcing tools; Workday preferred
  • Ability to recruit across multiple functions and locations, both domestically and internationally
  • Ideally located in the US, on the east coast to manage timezones across European countries

This base pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements. This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits including but not limited to: incentive compensation; health benefits; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off; parental leave and benefits; and other employee perks and benefits.

*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired in Colorado & California.
