[Hiring] Pipeline Manager @Reworks Solution

Role Description

A proactive and organized Pipeline Manager is sought to support recruitment and candidate management operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining candidate pipelines within Salesforce
• Following up with facilities and stakeholders via WhatsApp (and other communication platforms)
• Conducting and completing candidate reference checks
• Attending and participating in weekly recruitment calls with facilities
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Coordinating communication between candidates, recruiters, and facilities
• Tracking candidate progress and ensuring timely follow-up actions
• Supporting recruitment operations and administrative processes
• Ensuring professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and documentation
• Assisting with reporting and pipeline tracking as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, healthcare staffing, or administrative support preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively required
• Strong follow-up and follow-through abilities required
• Experience using Salesforce required
• Experience using Outlook required
• Experience using WhatsApp required
• Experience using Microsoft Teams required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
