Role Description

The People Operations Specialist supports the accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of day-to-day People Operations processes across North America. This is an execution-focused role that manages:

• HRIS
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Time off and leave administration
• Employee lifecycle transactions
• Compliance support
• Reporting
• Employee inquiries

The position ensures operational processes are executed effectively while supporting the Senior People Operations Manager with governance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of People Operations processes and employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, time-off, leave, and employee data processes.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and HiBob is an asset.
• Familiarity with U.S. payroll processes and applicable federal and state compliance requirements.
• Ability to follow established procedures while identifying potential issues or exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage confidential employee information appropriately.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
