[Hiring] People Operations Project Manager @RYZE

Role Description

The People Operations Project Manager serves as the operational backbone of RYZE's People Office, reporting directly to the VP of People Operations and Strategy. This individual contributor role is responsible for owning the project management infrastructure across all major People initiatives.

• Build and maintain a centralized People Office project management ecosystem across tools including Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets.
• Own cross-functional project accountability for major People Office initiatives.
• Serve as the VP of People Operations and Strategy's operational right hand.
• Lead the development of one-pagers, training materials, and reference guides to support Workday adoption and HR systems rollouts.
• Support the Legal team on one-off projects and scheduling coordination.
• Design and maintain reporting cadences and escalation pathways.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a closely related function.
• Demonstrated project management ability with hands-on experience using Notion, Asana, and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a VP or senior People leader in a chief of staff, program management, or senior coordinator capacity.
• Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or training in OKR frameworks is a plus.
