[Hiring] Payroll Service Manager @Strada

Role Description

• Support the associates and specialists on their team to be able to independently process payroll.
• Ensure that the Polish Payroll calendar is followed and understand standard and client specific payroll reports.
• Effectively manage and monitor ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines.
• Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools.
• Manage and identify deviations from the contractually defined standard scope.
• Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback and share business updates as appropriate.

Qualifications

• English is a must.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.
• Payroll certifications.
• Experience managing small-medium scale projects.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
