[Hiring] Payroll Processing Specialist @Dayforce

Role Description

As part of our Managed Service Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for payroll processing for clients in Germany. With your commercial background and structured approach, you will ensure payroll-relevant data and processes are accurately maintained, validated, and documented.

• Support monthly payroll processing activities.
• Maintain and validate master and transaction data.
• Prepare and process notifications to social security institutions and authorities.
• Create certificates, reports, and internal evaluations.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to payroll operations.
• Coordinate and track payroll-related data and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Initial experience in payroll or HR processes is an asset.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at minimum B1 level.
