Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes, ensure accuracy in reporting, and resolve payroll-related inquiries. This role requires strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently within strict deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with payroll systems while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and run payroll accurately and on schedule
• Generate payroll reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
• Review payroll information for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate employee data
• Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as needed
• Manage and track payroll-related tasks using internal systems and tools
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong numerical and basic math skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute projects within set timeframes
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
• Tech-savvy with experience using:
• Microsoft Outlook
• Monday.com
• CentralReach (preferred)
• Viventium (preferred)
• Previous payroll experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
