[Hiring] Part Time Recruiting and HR Specialist @Helmet House

Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Specialist to support our hiring efforts in the motorcycle industry. Reporting to the HR Manager, this part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding great talent while keeping the hiring process organized and efficient.

• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Post and manage job listings, and track applicants in Microsoft Dynamics ATS
• Partner with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and communications

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting or HR (powersports industry experience is a plus)
• Clear understanding of the confidential nature of the hiring process
• Familiarity with resume screening tools and best practices and state and local hiring laws
• Ability to work remotely, approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on recruiting needs

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ATS
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel skills
• Keep candidate records, workflows, and communications organized and up to date
• Able to manage workflow independently
• Clear communication and attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate resumes and match candidates to roles

Benefits

• Pay range $30-$35 per hour, depending on skills and experience
