[Hiring] Part-Time Recruiter & HR Coordinator @IVitamin

Role Description

We're seeking a Part-Time Recruiter & HR Coordinator to lead recruiting for our clinic and business teams while supporting light HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

This is a fully remote 1099 contract position averaging 10 hours per week , with flexibility to increase or decrease based on hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly clinic positions, including Registered Nurses (IV Specialists) and Client Coordinators, as well as occasional corporate roles (Marketing, Events, Accounting, etc.).
  • Create job descriptions and post openings in JazzHR and other job boards.
  • Review applications and conduct initial recruiter phone screens.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Partner with clinic managers, the Regional Manager, CMO, and CEO throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend verbal and written offers of employment.
• HR Operations
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Support employee benefits enrollment.
  • Manage employee offboarding and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Assist with other basic HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and corporate salaried positions preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably JazzHR.
• Experience supporting basic HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Gusto or similar employee management systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
