[Hiring] Needs Assessment Supervisor @Pyramid Healthcare

• Train, coach, and supervise Needs Assessment Coordinators (NAC).
• Carry out personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision, including screening and selection, orientation training and development, performance management, and employee functions.
• Actively cultivate and manage relationships with staff and referral partners.
• Support NAC by taking calls during high volume times.
• Successfully work with other departments across the organization.
• Ensure accuracy of bed management software related to bed availability and/or scheduling.
• Hold coordinators accountable to standards defined for their role.
• Monitor quality by evaluating coordinator documentation and phone calls.
• Serve as subject matter expert for all NAC job-related duties.
• Handle on-call work, as delegated.
• Deliver key data in an actionable format.
• Further team’s abilities and knowledge to ensure an industry-leading admissions team.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a human services field preferred.
• Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
• Previous management experience preferred.
