Role Description

MSP Recruiters power delivery for TEKsystems' largest and most strategic customer relationships. Our ability to retain and grow our MSP customers depends entirely on our speed, quality, and consistency in delivering talent. In this role, you’re not just filling positions, you’re safeguarding critical customer partnerships and contributing directly to long‑term account stability.

Your job is to execute sourcing strategies and deliver qualified candidates quickly and consistently. Employees work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your ability to balance speed with quality directly impacts customer satisfaction and account retention.

As an MSP Recruiter, employees have clear, measurable performance targets, including:

• Submittal volume
• Response time
• Annual placement goals

Performance expectations are reviewed regularly to align with customer needs and market conditions.

• Partner with MSP Engagement Managers by sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT talent for open positions.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with customer workforce plans.
• Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing (internal database, referrals, job boards, social media), phone screens, rate negotiation, VMS submission requirements, interview coordination, and offer acceptance.
• Solicit and follow up on referrals to expand your candidate network.
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, providing professional guidance and timely feedback where we can.
• In partnership with aligned Engagement Manager partners, ensure customer KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, including requirement response rate, time-to-submit, and fill rates.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Partner with internal teams (Engagement Managers, Operations, Sales) to solve problems and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-3 years of recruiting experience (high-volume and/or IT specialized experience preferred)
• Strong track record of high performance in meeting or achieving KPI's and other applicable Performance Metrics
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Associates' or Bachelors' degree preferred but not required
