In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing
• Screening
• Interviewing
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Supporting offer processes

You will be responsible for:

• Building strong talent pipelines
• Developing relationships with both candidates and clients
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in recruitment, ideally with direct experience in life sciences or healthcare. You’ll need:

• Knowledge of the South African market
• Experience with agency recruitment or international hiring (a plus)
