What You'll Do

As a Leadership Development Associate, you'll gain hands-on client experience while developing the skills necessary to pursue future leadership responsibilities.

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits
• Identify client needs through thoughtful, professional conversations
• Explain supplemental benefit and coverage options clearly
• Answer questions and provide personalized guidance
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service

Leadership & Professional Development

• Participate in structured leadership training
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders
• Develop communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Learn coaching and team-development fundamentals
• Strengthen organization, time management, and accountability
• Collaborate with team members on performance and client-service goals
• Learn virtual business systems and operational best practices
• Prepare for future training, mentorship, and management responsibilities
