Role Description

We are looking for an entry-level Junior Payroll Administrator to join our team, supporting UK-based clients with payroll processing and administration. This is a fully remote, full-time role open to South African candidates — no prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing monthly payroll for UK client companies
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data
• Respond to payroll queries from staff and management
• Reconcile payroll reports and prepare basic summaries
• Support the payroll team with administrative tasks and filing

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills in English
• No prior experience required — full training provided
