Role Description

Alabama Solutions is seeking a talented and skilled IT Recruiter & HR professional to join our team. As an IT Recruiter & HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, as well as handling HR activities. You will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top IT talent, while also ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the company.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Handle HR activities such as employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or HR professional.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry and technical skills.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using recruitment and HR software/tools.
