Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join a growing organization and help attract top talent across the U.S. market. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are seeking someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, networking, and creating opportunities rather than simply reviewing incoming applications. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruitment priorities.
• Utilize ATS, CRM systems, and AI-powered tools to improve recruiting efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for the U.S. market
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and outbound recruiting
• Experience engaging passive candidates
• Proficiency with ATS platforms
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience recruiting in sales-driven environments.
• Experience recruiting commission-based professionals.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, or related industries.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and automation.
