[Hiring] Human Resources Service Center Representative @Essentia Health

Role Description

Responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to human resource (HR) related inquiries received from Essentia Health employees. Inquiries are received via telephone and Workday. Submission topics include but are not limited to:

• Payroll
• Benefits
• Retirement
• HR policies and procedures

Also responsible for non-inquiry HR related processing such as:

• Mailings
• Data entry
• Auditing
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• 2 years applicable experience in a customer service, human resources, or call center environment
• Strong background in customer service, HR, benefits, etc.
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to help others and solve problems
• Experience performing in a remote work environment

Requirements

• Role is fully remote; preference will be given to candidates in service areas (Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin)
• Full time role
• Benefit eligible
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm CST
• No certification/licensure required
• FTE: 1
• Day Rotation (United States of America)
• Shift Start Time: 7:30
• Shift End Time: 4:00
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No call obligation

Compensation Range
