Role Description
Capitol Bridge Health Services is hiring an HR Business Partner β ADA & Leave Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the organization's dedicated resource for leave administration and coordination with our third-party support. This includes owning interactive workplace accommodations and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local leave and disability regulations. The position partners with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate accommodations, manage leave reporting in HRIS, and promote a consistent and compliant employee experience.
