[Hiring] Human Resources Administrator @i2G Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary assignment, providing administrative and operational support across key Human Resources functions. This role will primarily support:

• Talent acquisition logistics
• Benefits and payroll administration
• HR reporting
• Process development/documentation

The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a variety of HR activities in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or early-career HR experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, Human Resources, recruiting, or similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and administrative systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, benefits, or payroll functions.
• Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, or benefits administration systems.
• Experience coordinating interviews, candidate communications, or other recruiting activities.
• Experience maintaining employee records, reports, trackers, or HR-related data.
• Experience supporting process documentation or administrative process improvements.
