[Hiring] Human Resource Director @Mountain Pacific

Role Description

The full-time remote Human Resource (HR) Director provides multi-state strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s HR function and corporate operations, ensuring HR programs, policies, and practices align with the organization’s mission, values, and business goals.

• Oversees and guides all core HR areas including:
  • Talent acquisition
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Training and development
  • Compliance
  • HR operations
• Reports directly to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and managers, offering guidance on:
  • Workforce planning
  • Organizational development
  • Complex employee matters
• Leads the HR team and drives continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
• Ensures consistent application of employment laws and internal policies while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Oversees key corporate operations such as:
  • Corporate purchasing
  • Corporate insurance policies
  • Corporate shipping and receiving
• Manages operational partnerships, ensures strong internal controls and efficient workflows, and drives continuous improvement across systems and processes.
• Oversees HR team members and the Office Coordinator, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery across both HR and corporate operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible Human Resources Experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.

Requirements

• Target compensation for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 a year depending on experience.
• First review of candidates will be on September 3, 2026, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
