[Hiring] HRIT Senior Manager Oracle HCM @Hunter Douglas

Role Description

Hunter Douglas is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) functional expert to serve as the Oracle HCM Solution Architect within our IT team in a global role supporting and partnering with teams across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. This role is the system-side authority for Oracle HCM, with strong functional ownership of the platform and how it supports end-to-end HR processes across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, and Onboarding, including how Oracle HCM integrates with ADP and other payroll and HR systems.

This position can sit in either Mumbai or Bangalore India, but must be able to work US EST, or CST hours.

The role partners closely with:

• The HR Business Partner (who owns business relationship and roadmaps)
• An offshore application support team (day-to-day ticket execution)
• A US-based counterpart (global alignment and shared ownership across regions)

The role will also help identify practical opportunities to use AI, agents, chatbots, and automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, surface issues earlier, and strengthen support operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HRIS experience with deep Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) functional expertise in a post-go-live environment.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM plus Absence and Time & Labor, Onboarding, Benefits and its integration touchpoints preferred.
• Strong HCM business acumen and experience, including integrating with other HR related solutions.
• Experience integrating with third party payroll systems, such as ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView and others.
• Demonstrated experience creating strong functional integration specifications and partnering effectively with technical integration teams.
• Experience operating within structured change control and testing processes (regression/UAT/release readiness).
• Proven ability to coordinate and quality-control work executed by an offshore application support team.
• Exposure to AI-enabled productivity, automation, and collaboration tools such as Claude, Codex, Microsoft Teams, Jira, agents, chatbots, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI platforms; ability to identify practical use cases for improving efficiency, automation, issue detection, and support quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (HR, Business, or HRIS Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of Oracle experience preferred; 5 to 7 years of HRIS specialized experience.
• Systems implementation experience.
• Previous global company experience preferred.
