Role Description

This position is responsible for managing/processing a high volume of Tier I end user support requests related to Hyatt's North America core HR and Payroll system. Primary duties will consist of managing the support team's ticketing queue, triaging requests appropriately, and processing a variety of Tier I requests such as historical data changes, transfers/rehires, and employee tax changes. Candidate will need to evaluate, prioritize and respond to end user inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that downstream systems (such as Time and Attendance, Learning, and Identify Management) are notified of changes when appropriate.

• Data Entry for HR systems
• They use ServiceNow for ticketing
• ADP Enterprise Version 6 is what they are using (nice to have)
• Transferring people to different location
• Historical changes within the system
• They have over 1000 users that they are supporting
• Assisting in audits to make sure the data is accurate in the system
• Working with confidential personal information (SS numbers etc)
• Reviewing the documentation for the information already created

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR functional experience or support experience
• Strong organization, writing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to self-direct work, effectively multi-task, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Quick learner and highly adaptable

Requirements

• ADP Enterprise experience
• Case tracking system experience preferred (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand or other SaaS solutions
