Role Description

We're looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our Human Resources team in Saint-Denis, France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support the organization's HR operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and delivering efficient technical support to our HR team and end-users.

• Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and security
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and role-based security protocols
• Configure and customize HRIS modules to align with organizational HR processes and requirements
• Monitor data quality and integrity across all HR-related information systems
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality
• Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
• Collaborate with HR leadership to implement new features and system enhancements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and software vendors as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and supporting HRIS platforms (minimum 3 years)
• Strong proficiency with HRIS software and HR management systems
• Solid understanding of HR processes, workflows, and best practices
• Excellent data management and analytical skills
• Technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Experience with user access management and system security protocols
• Proficiency in generating reports and creating dashboards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Preferred Skills: SQL or database query experience, experience with system implementation projects, knowledge of HR compliance requirements, fluency in French language
• Preferred Experience: HRIS implementation or migration projects, process improvement initiatives, training and change management
