Role Description

At LetsGetChecked/Fuze Services, the HRBP is a strategic consultant to our leadership teams, specifically supporting our US-based lab operations and corporate functions. You won't just be "running" HR processes; you will be architecting the talent strategy that enables our mission to empower people to take control of their health.

As a HRBP, you will bridge the gap between business goals and people initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership in our Lab and Corporate divisions to design and execute people strategies that align with long-term business objectives.
  • Organizational Design: Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent in the right seats as we grow.
  • Complex Employee Relations: Lead and resolve high-level employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing coaching to managers to foster a healthy, compliant work environment.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Drive the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, and talent development initiatives to identify and nurture our future leaders.
  • Regulatory & Lab Compliance: Ensure all people practices meet the rigorous standards of the healthcare industry, including federal, state, and local employment laws across various US jurisdictions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide proactive solutions to the executive team.
  • Culture & Engagement: Act as a champion for the LetsGetChecked culture, ensuring our values are integrated into the employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that improve retention and morale.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Leadership role. Experience in High-Growth Tech or Healthcare/Life Sciences is highly preferred.
  • Deep, working knowledge of complex multi-state US employment law is mandatory.
  • You understand how a global healthcare company operates. You can speak the language of the business and translate it into HR deliverables.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; you are comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "builder" environment where you are comfortable with ambiguity and pivot quickly as the business evolves.

Requirements

  • Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
  • The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
  • Commission Eligible: No
  • Travel: Yes - Required up to 10% of the time
  • Full-time employee benefits include: dental, vision, and multiple group medical plans to choose from, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, group life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA), commuter benefits, employer-paid short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and additional supplemental insurance plans.
  • Employees are also provided flexible vacation time, accrued paid sick time, 10 paid holidays, (2 floating holidays for full time non-exempt employees), and eight weeks of paid parental leave for eligible employees.
  • Additional paid weeks for the birthing parent, 4 weeks paid caregiver leave, and a Lifestyle Spending Account allowance each month.
