Role Description

We are looking for a professional, proactive, and people-focused HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines recruitment, onboarding, and HR support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping processes organised and moving efficiently. You'll play a key role in creating a positive candidate experience—from screening resumes and scheduling interviews to supporting new hires through onboarding and answering day-to-day HR questions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Requirements

• Screen resumes received through Indeed and the company website.
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Extend job offers and communicate next steps to successful candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process.
• Answer onboarding-related questions and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Download, organise, and file onboarding documentation accurately.
• Complete background checks, healthcare checks, and certification verifications.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure onboarding is completed promptly.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, PTO, and general HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks that support the HR function.
• Provide support wherever needed to help the team operate efficiently.
