Role Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter and Admin to oversee the daily operations of a real estate firm. The ideal candidate will have good computer skills, be tech-savvy with recruitment experience.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Excellent spoken and written English (professional-level communication required)
• Confidence in handling objections and navigating conversations
• Strong discipline, consistency, and accountability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A mindset focused on results, not excuses

Objective of the Role

• Maximize property value and net operating income
• Maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention rates
• Ensure properties remain in good condition and compliant with laws
• Achieve financial goals and report periodically on performance

Administrative & Strategies

• Build relationships with property owners, contractors, vendors, and prospective clients
• Oversee property personnel and assess performance
• Attend board meetings and present reports on property status

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email sequencing
