Role Description

The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the onboarding, compliance, and occupational requirements for all hires joining Ensemble. This includes both traditional hires and those joining via client integrations. The HR Onboarding Specialist is an integral part of the business ensuring an elevated new hire experience while managing the complexities of client onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar field; talent onboarding experience is preferred
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for assigned book of business
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures to train peers and support cross-functional collaboration
• Interpret occupational health medical results and determine appropriate vaccinations required for compliance
• Navigate conversations with new hires and integrate associates into the onboarding process
• Provide exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong relationships with onboarding partners
• Review onboarding requirements for accuracy and determine employment eligibility
• Consistent partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership to review escalations
• Navigate difficult conversations with discretion regarding offers and background findings
• Maintain understanding of internal and external system integrations
• Continuously refine and implement onboarding controls and audits
• Execute additional HR projects as assigned
