Role Description

• Coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Assist with organizing training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support HR projects and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll coordination as needed.
• Monitor and track HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
