The HR Compliance Specialist plays a key role in integrating new employees into the organization by coordinating and executing onboarding activities. This position helps ensure a smooth transition for new hires while supporting a positive and consistent employee experience. The role assists with onboarding documentation, employee data audits, and I-9 compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Demonstrated business and technical acumen
• Ability to follow company policies and established processes
• Ability to complete work with minimal instruction
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

Requirements

• Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall execution.
• Manage the delivery, completion, and follow-up of external onboarding document requirements.
• Conduct audits and maintain organized, secure employee data across functions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with I-9 management and related document audits as needed.

Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $24-$29hr, with full potential base compensation range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $24-$35hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
